PRAYER SERVICE AND WELCOMING OF CLASS I STUDENTS
“Faith and prayers are the vitamins of the soul. Man cannot live in health without them.”
The primary students of Auxilium Convent School embraced the new scholastic year with a soulful Prayer Service held on 8th April 2024. The prayer service commenced with the lighting of lamp by our Sister Principal, Sister Vice Principal, teachers’ representative and students’ representative. The lighting of the lamp symbolizes the dispelling of the darkness (ignorance) by light (knowledge) and the invocation of the divine blessing. It was followed by the reading from the Holy Bible and the intercessory prayers. Melodious and soothing hymns were sung by our school choir. The day was made more special by welcoming our new members to the Auxilium family, the students of class I.
The blooming buds of class I were welcomed by the other classes in the primary section. They were gifted a pencil each as a token of love by the students of class IV. We wish them all the very best for their journey ahead in Auxilium. We hope that with the guidance and blessings of God, we draw closer as a group and nurture the bonds of the community.
